SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or large orders may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified accordingly.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  3. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including its territories (such as Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands), Mexico, and Canada. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number.

  5. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

  6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply, and we cannot guarantee delivery.

  7. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are advised to contact the carrier directly to resolve such issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@moldnirvana.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions on the return process.

  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, and we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  6. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

  7. Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
